For item less than or equal to 2kg
0 to 0.5kg is RM 7.00
0.51 to 0.75kg is RM 9.00
0.751 to 1.00kg is RM 11.00
Delivery
We will post out the product(s) or goods that you have ordered within 2 working days upon receipt of your order and payment. We will send out the product(s) via Express Post and you will normally receive it within 3 working days of your order being shipped, we will send you inform you a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
Please contact your local post office after 5 days of order(s) being made if you still have not received the product(s). You may contact us if the local post office can’t locate your parcel even after 7 working days upon orders being made. We will help you to sort things out.
For digital or downloadable products, you will receive the product instantly (download) upon successful payment, otherwise stated separately in each product description.
Status Of Order
For any enquiry on the status of order(s) please contact us using the Contact Us page. We will respond to you as soon as possible. If you have already received the tracking number from us, please call the National Post and check with them the status of your parcel before contacting us.
Place For Receiving Products/Goods/Parcel
Where you want to receive your parcel(s) is entirely up to you, when you place an order, you may quote your residential address or office/workplace or PO Box and Locked Bag Address. But you must make it clear to us which address you want to receive your parcel(s).
