For physical products/goods purchase :
Customers must inspect all products purchased upon delivery. If the products delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or incorrect in quantity customers are required to contact us in writing stating the reason and mentioning the receipt number. Any report made for refund and return must be made within 7 days upon receiving the product.
If we find the reason given valid, please send back the defective product to our office by POS or courier and the cost shall be borne by the customer. We will exchange a similar product to the defective or damaged product or give you a credit which you can off set against future orders. No cash will be refunded.
For digital or downloadable products purchase :
There will be no refund for any digital or downloadable products purchased.
